More bugs:

205009 - report says its fixed
243590 - no longer relevant, and we plan to deal with upgrade issues 
better in the future anyway.
244065 - fixed, if is ever was a bug and not just user error
247406 - no follow-up, works here...
261909 - another bad upgrade issue long since resolved
256720/253028 - old "can't print" problems - no reports of this in a long 
time, and upstream did make a ton of changes, so...

The following bugs are weird, one-report unreproducibles, random crashes, 
konq bugs obviously long fixed, and are very very old (3.1 or older, 
mainly), so closeworthy:
