[Pkg-kde-talk] Urgency high in kdebase 3.3.2-1, why?

  So this is odd. If someone has an explanation as for why the Urgency
  field was set to 'high' in the latest kdebase upload [1], I'd be glad
  to hear. The two included changelog entries had urgency low...
