The C++ ABI transition to GCC 4.0 is happening for Etch and Ubuntu
Breezy.

For KDE this means adding c2 to the packages names for libarts and
kdelibs and removing the c102 from libqt.  So we likely end up with:

libarts1c2, kdelibs4c2, libqt3-mt

Hopefully that forces all KDE and Qt packages to upgrade.  Are there
packages which depend on any kde libraries but none of the three above?
