[Pkg-kde-talk] 3.4.3 tarballs available

Hello,

I've created KDE 3.4.3 tarballs. They are available on Alioth* (though not 
on the web) in the pkg-kde directory. Feel free to use them to start 
updating the buildpreps/file install lists for the next round of uploads, 
if you have time.

Also, in SVN, I've replaced all svn:externals in our tags directory with 
regular files. It doesn't make sense to tag a release, but have its cdbs 
and common-patches continue to be updated. Please keep this in mind when 
tagging uploads. We should probably add some way of automating this (since 
manually eliminating externals is a real nuissance) to our collective TODO 
- perhaps an extension to the tag-pkg-kde script?

Also, just FYI, I'll be mostly offline Friday -> Monday, due to the Canadian 
Thanksgiving holiday. I may get time to check mail, but probably not much 
else.
