A mail to d-devel would be overkill, I think. A quick note to debian-qt-kde 
would be sufficient, CCing Norman, then giving him a bit more time to 
respond. Then with the next upload, acknowledge your own NMUs. It feels 
funny, but you get to 'Close' twice as many bugs in total :)
