Importing KDevelop packaging into alioth SVN

Thank you Christopher! The haydn <-> costa authentication sync has  
just occured so I have been able to do the import.

Jonathan : you can disregard my previous email pointing to my private  
SVN repository, we can work straight from the alioth SVN for KDevelop  
packaging from now on :)
