Sure, go ahead and commit.

On the pre-Etch TODO is some sort of major meta package overhaul, though 
exactly what changes we'll do have yet to be determined.

Personally, I don't really like the meta-kde-extras packags - I don't think 
they're really useful, since they just provide a huge, undocumented list of 
KDE apps. So I don't know if it's really worth the bother of updating it; 
but if you want to keep it up-to-date for now, that's fine with me :)
