How to build from SVN

I managed to get that far, but then got tripped up by ...

Why is the source package named kde4libs as opposed to the kdelibs that 
upstream uses?  Since the binary package names conflict anyway 
(kdelibs-bin), I don't think the source package names need to be 
different.
