file conflicts kdelibs3/kdebase4

Hi folks,

Now we have kdelibs-3 and kdelibs/kdepimlibs-4 co-installable, i have been
testing kdelibs/kdepimlibs/kdebase-4 with kdelibs-3 and i found the following
conflicts:

/usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/*/actions/knewstuff.png
/usr/bin/kcmshell
/usr/bin/kstartupconfig
/usr/bin/kioexec
/usr/bin/khotnewstuff
/usr/bin/kfile
/usr/bin/imagetops
/usr/bin/kinstalltheme
/usr/bin/kdostartupconfig

I'm not sure what is the best solution, but it should be from upstream...  
We need to fix this if we want kdelibs3 co-installable with fully KDE4.
