kde4libs ready?

Hi,

I'm currently writing the copyright file for kde4libs, it is work in progress 
and it still will take a few hours more... Once i have finished with this, 
my plan is upload kde4libs to experimental, so this is an invitation for
*everybody* to review the current package and spot possible problems.

I can upload a built to people.debian.org if somebody is interested on it.
