Using kde4 applications in kde3

Hello,

I would like to install some kde 4 applications (okular and dolphin) and use
them in my kde3 environment. However, this does not work because they both
depend on kdebase-data 4:3.94.0-1 and I have kdebase-data 4:3.5.8.dfsg.1-1
installed. Are there any plans to package kde4 in such a way that it can be used
alongside kde3?
