Hi people,

I don't agree with the kde confdir path patch.

KDE4 uses a non-standard /usr/share/config path as _default_ confdir but uses
other methods too.

It is compliant to freedesktop.org base directory specification:

As a 2nd method, we can add additional search paths as used in desktop-base:
http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/KDE_Filesystem_Hierarchy
http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration/XDG_Filesystem_Hierarchy

btw, http://techbase.kde.org/KDE_System_Administration is a must read.

I would like to avoid useless patches or quick workaround when kde provides
enough flexibility to achieve what we want.
