Everything IMHO:

merge ksplash kpager and ktip into -workspace-bin. Not worth a pgk inflation.

That kmenuedit is in -workspace confuses me. At least from
my KDE3 experience it's useful/needed, even without a KDE workspace.
(E.g. how do I register my little app or script that it can handle this and
that mimetype, or, how to I hide/ignore an app).

Considering my confusion, it's maybe a good idea to keep kmenuedit in it's own package ;)

To me vi is Zen. To use vi is to practice zen. Every command is
a koan. Profound to the user, unintelligible to the uninitiated.
You discover truth everytime you use it.
