kmldonkey and kdissert in KDE 4

I have already started packaging semantik, but it has brokenness in the build 
and I am waiting to hear back from the author.  I didn't know about a new 
kmldonkey version and that it has moved into KDE4 until just now.  I'll 
gladly look at that forthwith. :)

Can I store these packages in the KDE extras SVN or some similar place?
