qt 3.3.8b

With the GPL 3 happy Qt 3.3.8b out, it seemed like time to try and
package it again.

As before various patched need updated or removed.  However
freeflying's previous problems with chinese fonts don't seem to be an
issue any more (maybe it was just the fontconfig of the time).

It did however create loader problems with some apps (e.g. kmail)
complaining they can't find stat64 symbols.  I don't know if that's a
change in qt or something that has broken in ubuntu since qt was last
compiled.
