phonon debian/copyright

Hi,

so phonon's debian/copyright style looks interesting enough to share
some remarks after discussion with Ana on IRC.

At least for my manual use it would be helpful if you could group files
carrying the same license in a form like

foo/*: (except as below)

  Copyright xxxx One Coder
  Copyright yyyy Coders, Inc.

  Licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License
  version 2.1 or ....

foo/lwrgfdsg.c

  Copyright zzzz Blubb

  Redistribution and use in source and binary forms, with or without
  modification, are permitted provided that the following conditions...

bar/*:
  ...

Also, N/A should not be	used in	as "default applies".
