kdeadmin Kubuntu merge

Attached is the current diff for kdeadmin after the merge of kdeadmin.

Of interest to Debian is probably only the kubuntu patches, 
kubuntu_01_use_sudo.diff for kpackage and 
kubuntu_02_add_delete_homedir.diff for kuser.
