kdenetwork Kubuntu merge

Hi, 
I have merged Kubuntu's kdenetwork package with yours. The 
current diff can be found here:

The following changes could be of interest to Debian:
- Don't advertise Kopete IRC support in package desc, it doesn't 
support it yet
- kubuntu_01_suid_kppp.diff (Prompts for admin when launching)
- kubuntu_02_kppp_add_boud_rates.diff (Adds some missing boud 
rates)
- kubuntu_04_fix_kopete_nowlistening_wording.diff (Fixes the 
nowplaying plasmoid to reflect that only Amarok 2 is supported. Also 
don't show Noatun and Kaffeine, as neither of them is available for 
KDE 4/DBus.)
