KDE 4 packages and "old stuff"

Hi,

it seems the KDE 4 packages basically have not many of the stuff the KDE 3 
packages have, like:
- man pages
- mailcap mime files
- Debian menu entries

what is the status about those? Should they (all, or which ones) be 
reintroduced at some point, or not?
