kdegraphics Kubuntu merge

[Roderick B. Greening]

We recently merged kdegraphics with debian package. Most of the differences are 
Kubuntu specific. The only thing you may be interested in is the fact that 
libgs should no longer be a build-dep (kghostview is no longer included).
