KDE in the transition queue

Okay, some coordination happen on IRC on this front. This is the
official “Go!”, now that the ffmpeg/libraw1394/directfb mess is cleared
up.

So, feel free to start uploading kde4 stuff to unstable, but please do
not upload koffice until poppler is done (not sure if a koffice upload
was planned, but just in case). Let me know if you need me to notify you
when that happens.

As always, please come by for anything you need. Also, I guess you’ll be
taking care of the kde4libs/alpha FTBFS prior to uploading the rest of
stuff?

What’s exactly the difference between “brief and rough” and “less pain
over a longer period of time”, in terms of uploads? Brief and rough
sounds good to me, but I’d like to know what it entails!
