i have never use the svn-buildpackage but from the instructions about it's
use, i don't think that this is a good idea. Because svn-buildpackage does
some changes in svn and to do this it requires to have access. The problem
is that some members of the projects doesn't have access to the svn
repository, so they can't use it. And those who can, they may get
confused.... And mess up the svn by mistake...
