patch: building qtruby for ruby1.8 and ruby1.9.1

The multi-ruby branch is just an incomplete hack, as qtruby and korundum 
do not support being compiled for multiple ruby versions in parallel.

Most probably I will switch them to ruby1.9.1 (getting rid of ruby1.8, 
no more supported upstream) once the KDE 4.10 transition is over.
