plans for qtsingleapplication

Hello,

I started packaging owncloud-client [1] and there the question pops up, if 
there are a plan to put qtsingleapplication and qtlockedfile in seperate 
packages. codesearch.d.n gives many packages (kudu, qbittorrent, smplayer, 
...), that uses these 3rdparty code.
