Question about low-fat-settings

Hi,

sorry to bother you again... I'm just looking for some information that maybe you are able to give me. 
I need to know what certain (sections?) of ubuntu-low-fat-settings do very precisely, and I cannot find a way to get in touch with the developers or some document that explain it. The sections are the following: 

- kde/share/config/krunnerrc
- kde/share/config/ksmserverrc
- kde/share/config/kwinrc
- kde/share/config/nepomukserverrc

The problem is that I can guess some things that they do, but not everything, and, as I said before, I need to know all the possible functionalities.
