The real thing is that we are not shipping man files for lots of stuff. If the 
commit log is true then using --help is better than the manpage, so if at some 
point not having a man page becomes a real problem we can use help2man an be 
done.

This may sound as laziness for many, but having to keep the amount of man 
pages that KDE stuff would require only helps us in doing less real work for 
little or no gain, as after all the common user will not use this tools 
directly.
