Qt status for Jessie

Hi everyone! I would like to do a brief status of Qt's packaging for Jessie.

First of all, I would like to let you know that I'm finding myself without the
necessary time to tackle all that's necessary for Jessie. I'm doing my best
but I don't think I'll make it alone.

Dmitry Schanev (mitya57) has been helping me **a lot** but he is currently
unavailable. Kudos to him for all the hard work he has been putting on this.

= pkg-kde-tools

We really need to do some bug triaging, specially for a multiarch wishlist
bug, but IIRC there are some other bugs which could be easily solved and would
help porters with their work.

= Qt4

The most important thing here is currently webkit. We have RC bug #746907
which I think could be solved with Andreas Cord-Landwehr (CoLa) patches for
getting a new version in [0].

After that we really need to redo a round of bug triaging.

= Qt5 (all what I'm writing here is also

qtbase can use journald support, but it was not enough to jsut add the build
dependencies. It needs checking (maybe a compiler flag?)

qtdeclarative is currently building with SSE2 stuff enabled, else the V4 stuff
will not work. Non the less there is the chance to get all the rest built
without SSE2 and provide both builds in the same package. This has been
already discussed both upstream and team-wide and it's doable, but we require
man power to make it real.
I have some more info and Thiago Maciera's recommendations for doing it, just
ping me if you plan to stand-up for this one.

For qttools we need to get #749336 solved

And we need to get qtenginio and qtwebsockets packaged and in the archive with
time. qtwebsocket already has a repo in git.debian.org with some initial
packaging by Dmitry, I couldn't take a look on it so far. qtenginio needs
packaging from scratch.

In qtmultimedia we are currently using a hammer-like patch to let it build on
Hurd: if we do not detect v4l's headers we don't build gstreamer support. I'm
currently working on detecting v4l and only avoiding to build stuff that
depends on it. I'll surely make my patches as public work in progress to Qt-
project's gerrit in a few hours. If someone wants to help with this one, just
ping me and I'll pass the necessary links.

= Backporting

Finally we have people working on backporting Qt4 and Qt5 to wheezy. We really
want to this to happen if we plan to get rid of Qt4 for Jessie+1, or at least
try it.

I'm surely forgetting more stuff, but the most important thing is we can do
with some help.

Thanks, Lisandro.
