Please review: phonon building Qt4 and Qt5 versions

While this is WIP, I would like if any of you can double check [0], branch 
qt5.

What I'm doing is building both the Qt4 and Qt5 versions of phonon from the 
same source. I know I still need to fix some debconf/templates, but the most 
important thing I would like to get reviewed are packages names, at least now.

Of course, patches welcomed :)

Note: I pushed this branch to gitorious in order to not add another branch on 
our repo.

Note 2: J. Ridell has done quite the same work for Ubuntu, but I think this 
one is simpler. Non the less, thanks to Ridell for pointing his changes :)
