Hi,

I have got a new version of digikam ready to go, but the svn commit failed:

	svn: E165001: Commit failed (details follow):
	svn: E165001: Commit blocked by pre-commit hook (exit code 1) with output:
	/svn/pkg-kde/hooks/commit-access-control.pl: user `smr' does not have 
permission to commit to these paths:
  	  kde-extras/digikam/trunk/debian
  	  ... etc ...

I found the config file (commit-access-control.cfg).  Who is able to edit this 
for me?
