How do you reproduce it?  I couldn't reproduce it in a very simple
environment (just running fvwm, and started konqueror www.debian.org
from a shell where QT_ACCESSIBILITY is set to 1 and exported)

Mmm, is the o pointer really invalid?

Can you perhaps install kde-baseapps-dbg to get more symbols?
