The BTS does provide header fields that could presumably be used for sorting,
e.g.:
X-Debian-PR-Message: followup 777508
X-Debian-PR-Package: kdm
X-Debian-PR-Keywords:
X-Debian-PR-Source: kde-workspace, kdebase, kdebase-workspace
Could you perhaps just set up local filtering to move the bugs related to Qt
packages into their own folder? With multiple lists it would feel less like
one team to me.
