I've removed the QT_SELECT export in all of the plasma, frameworks and
kde-std repos that I have checked out and are CI'd.

So far everything seems to have built fine, so maybe we're out of the
woods on this one and didn't really have to export QT_SELECT in the
first place. Or perhaps ecm got fixed more recently.

Either way, things seem to compile just fine without it.
