Yes it is. Inflicting KDE stuff to pure-qt users is something we really want
to avoid. Believe me we would get bugs for it as soon as we push it.

Fabulous!
Just to get things in the best possible way: is qt-at-spi usefull without a
GUI? I'm asking because if it isn't it's just better to add it as a libqtgui4
recommendations instead. As an example, a daemon written with libqtcore4
shouldn't get GUI stuff.
