Hi! With Qt/KDE team hat on I request to remove this package from the archive.
The reason is that it's dead upstream and will not get ported to GStreamer 1.0.

Moreover it only seems to have monav as reverse dependency (marble has switched
to qt5 already) which is already not in testing.
