I just had a look and it doesn't look like it works "as is", I had to remove
the "<!nocheck>" for qtbase5-dev in debian/control to make it work even
when building with "nocheck":

export DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS='nobench nocheck' ; sbuild -d sid --arch=powerpcspe --profile=stage1 --chroot=sid2-powerpcspe-sbuild --no-arch-all

Are you sure that the <!nocheck> is correct? I'm pretty sure the <!foobar>
syntax applies to profiles only and "nocheck" is not a profile but a
DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS flag.
