Hey,

i actually uploading the fixes for jessie and stretch for CVE-2017-9604.

and therefor I have in the distribution field stretch/jessie and this is not 
handled 
$pkgkde-vcs tag -s
pkgkde-vcs: fatal: invalid Debian distribution for tagging - stretch

this issue is reported under #873243.

And than also the upload of the tag is not allowed for messagelib but for 
kdepim it worked...

here kdepim:
