Since pkg-kde-talk is a list for humans to discuss things and not just a 
target for bug reports and such, it's a reasonable target to move to 
lists.d.o.

There does need to be a list to get all the bug reports (i.e. the target of 
the maintainer/uploader field), but I don't think that's a lists.d.o list.
