Migrating SVN to Salsa

Hi Pino!

I have just updated my SVN import [1] to the latest revision (21095).

We get requests from others (e.g. [2]) to move specific packages,
but I would rather migrate all these repositories at once.

Would you mind me doing that? If you want to review my import first,
how many days do you need for the review?

I am going to skip empty repositories and repositories which have a note
that they have already been moved to Git.
