KDE Applications - autopkgetests

Hey Pino,

we had some month ago the discussion about removing autopkgtests from kde 
Applications as most of them are broken and not really useful. I havn't 
experience with those tests, why I never touched them or fixed that. Maybe you 
can exchange your knowledge, what tests can be removed and where to look etc. 
Than I can at least execute this task for kdepim at least.

PS: Thanks for fixing akonadi-mime and all your other packaging stuff in the 
team. You do a lot of great work in background!
