Pino, can you share your thoughts?

If 18.04 is too buggy and immature to be pushed to sid, then we need a fallback
plan to fix the two RC bugs of kopete/sid. If it's not too buggy, then in my
opinion, the earlier you upload it, the more time you have to get bugs fixed or
to revert the decision if it turns out to be bad.
