kcollectd in Debian

Hey,

since 11. November Debian unstable ships kcollectd. But it does not migrate to 
testing, as it was in NEW queue and there for I needed to upload source + 
binary and only source only uploads migrate to testing. So we need to do a  
source only upload.

If you have anything in mind, that you need to fix on kcollectd package, please 
go ahead and ping me.
