Doing a transition, as the path for plugins is versioned; see for
example the content of skrooge, and libkf5grantleetheme-plugins.

PS: are you really sure it requires 5.2, and it isn't just the useless
version bumps that Laurent Montel does? There were no addition to the
public API, so you should be able to lower the requirement and build.
As usual, check the git log for the commit that bumps the version
requirement.

PS2: the general talk/discussion ML is still pkg-kde-talk ...
