ThingsToUpdate: Accounts SSO stack

Hi,

not sure why these packages are under our umbrella... anyway, we have
some packages related to the Accounts SSO stack:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/telepathy-accounts-signon

Some of them are libraries, so they need some extra care for API/ABI
comptibility. Otherwise, usual business of updating rules, control,
watch file, fix bugs, etc.

Let me know for doubts or review in case you have updated them.
