I've had some feedback on IRC and I clearly wasn't clear enough.

The problem is allowing apps to use qtbase5-gles-dev as a build dependency.

Currently if myapp B-Ds on qtbase5-gles-dev and, let's say, libpoppler-qt5-dev
it won't be possible to fullfill the request because the latest only depends upon
qtbase5-dev.

Hope that clariefies the situation.
