Changes since the last upload:

  * New upstream release 0.11.99.0.
    - Includes --basedir CLI option to select directory containing RRDs.
  * Do not depend on collectd at build or runtime.
  * Bump debhelper-compat to 13 (no changes).


Most critically of the above is that it avoids a build dependency on collectd, which is
currently due to be autoremoved in 4 days.

Though this program may be most useful on a machine that has collectd installed,
it is still useful for viewing RRD files that are remote (via, say, sshfs).  This
is actually a recent, specific feature request [1].
