kuserfeedback repo move?

Hi!
https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/extras/kuserfeedback was created and no 
packaging has made it into the repo, it is in the plasma release I am working 
on now, may I please move the repo to kde/ as there is no history to 
interrupt.
