Fwd: KDiff3 maintenance

Hello,

I did not use any VCS for kdiff3, just had copies on my local box.
I've got nothing here not contained in the latest release,
so feel free (and encouraged) to do anything that helps 
the sad state of kdiff3 in Debian.
