concerning plasma-workspace and the changes (see below)
are these ready to be released?

plasma-workspace (4:5.19.5-5) UNRELEASED; urgency=medium

  [ Scarlett Moore ]
  * Fix "Undefined symbols: Need rebuild ?" tighten dependencies with kwin*
    dependencies. (Closes: #974430)
  * Bump all build dependencies according to cmake.
    - Add build dependencies needed by kpackage metainfo generator.
  * Refresh symbol files. Removed 1 optional MISSING.
  * Refresh install files.

  [ Sandro Knauß ]
  * Fix "No "Switch-User" with systemd V246" (Closes: #970742)
    - add upstream patch:
      upstream_libkworkspace-Fix-if-getCurrentSeat-needs-to-fallbac.patch
      upstream_libkworkspace-Port-from-deprecated-GetSessionByPID.patch
      upstream_Fix-missing-Switch-User-button-on-lockscreen-with-sy.patch
