Hi Thomas,

I cannot really speak for "the team", but I think it would be a good
place to have kup in the same group, probably best under
	https://salsa.debian.org/qt-kde-team/extras
where there are things like ksnip, ktimetracker etc. So both of the
actions below look like a good idea to me!
