I had already started merges to master ( as per what we discussed in IRC )
then there was talk that we should keep all in experimental until we are ready
for final upload. There is one transition that only affects kdevelop, not
plasma. However, lets go ahead and go with experimental as I would like some
testing done. I also think kwin had a NEW?
